Trocuri de tablă
ConfecÅ£ionate din lemn la începutul secolului al XIX-lea, iar ulterior din tablă, trocurile aveau rolul de a transporta bucăţi de rocă după procesul de puÅŸcare a pietrei, în locuri greu accesibile (unde nu se putea folosi maÅŸina pneumatică de încărcare). Roca încărcată în trocuri era ulterior pusă în vagonet sau dusă până la un colector (un fel de „fântână”, de unde era mai apoi dusă la un alt nivel). Încărcarea rocilor în trocuri se făcea manual, deoarece munca cu lopata era foarte extenuantă ÅŸi anevoioasă (căci rocile erau mai mari imediat după puÅŸcare).
Tin pans
Made of wood at the beginning of the 19th century, and later from tin, the pans had the role of transporting pieces of rock after the process of crushing the rock with explosives, to places that were difficult to reach (where the pneumatic loading machine could not be used). The rock loaded in the tin pans was later loaded in the carriage or taken to a collecting place (a kind of "fountain" from where the rock was then taken to another level). Loading rocks into pans was done by hand, because doing this with a shovel would have been exhausting and time consuming (as the rocks were larger immediately after the explosion).
